The Regular Editorial Team

Who writes the Regular blog — and how we keep it honest. Short version: we're founders and parents, not therapists, and everything we publish is grounded in published research with the sources right there to check.

How we write

Clinical review. We're bringing on a licensed therapist (LMFT) as an editorial advisor. As soon as that's in place, sensitive articles will carry a "Reviewed by [name], LMFT" line. Until then, we're transparent that review is editorial, not clinical.
